I am writing on behalf of my mother, Mrs Pauline Traub, 88 years old and widow of Dr Philip Traub of the former Philip Traub and Paul Rothschild GP medical practice in Fulham. Mother does not use a computer. She lives with me. In mother's view (I quote verbatim):
